Bot detection checkers and test labs

Inspect your browser, try a protected sample application or plan an integration test. Each resource explains its output and the question it can answer.

Choose a test for your question

01 / ShieldLabsLive browser and risk assessment

ShieldLabs live browser check

Inspect the current visit’s device/network evidence, detected client context and risk.

Output
Risk score, risk observations and identifiers when the live visit completes.
Access
Public live checker. The separate dashboard tour is an illustrative product walkthrough.
Try this
Record a normal authorized visit, change one permitted browser or connection condition, and compare the result at the same action.
02 / FingerprintLive bot-protected sample application

Fingerprint scraping-prevention demo

Inspect a sample flight-search endpoint protected by the Bot Detection Smart Signal.

Output
Sample search results or the demo’s detection/error response; no real travel purchase is needed.
Access
Public demonstration. It does not establish permanent free access to every production Smart Signal.
Try this
Use the normal search first. Compare only permitted testing of the demo or your own application; keep endpoint failures separate from a bot verdict.
03 / Sannysoft / open-source diagnosticsBrowser-property diagnostics

Sannysoft browser diagnostics

Read browser-environment checks such as WebDriver, plugins, permissions and rendering properties.

Output
Individual diagnostic results and collected browser properties, not a vendor fraud score.
Access
Public diagnostic page. This resource is outside the scored vendor comparison.
Try this
Inspect your own browser and an authorized test environment. A failed property test is an observation, not a complete determination of abuse.
04 / Google reCAPTCHAPublic widget and score examples

Google reCAPTCHA examples

Explore the official sample application’s checkbox, invisible and v3 score flows.

Output
The selected example’s widget, validation or score response when available.
Access
Public samples linked to google/recaptcha source code. They are not an Enterprise account evaluation or a provider-wide accuracy benchmark.
Try this
Compare the supported sample flows in your own browser. Record challenge completion or unavailable states without submitting personal data.
05 / hCaptchaPublic challenge-form example

hCaptcha sample form

Inspect the sample form and embedded hCaptcha widget before planning an integration.

Output
A challenge/widget and the sample’s validation flow when completed.
Access
Public example with an optional form field. hCaptcha is outside the eleven scored products; paid/passive features have separate entitlements.
Try this
Inspect the empty sample and supported widget behavior. Do not infer Enterprise risk scores or passive-mode access from this public example.
06 / Cloudflare TurnstileIntegration test fixtures, not live accuracy checks

Turnstile deterministic test fixtures

Test success, failure and duplicate-token handling with documented dummy sitekeys and secret keys.

Output
Predictable dummy tokens and validation outcomes in your own test environment.
Access
Public instructions; integration setup is required. Turnstile and Enterprise Bot Management are separate Cloudflare products.
Try this
Exercise success, failure and replay handling in a development environment. A dummy-key pass does not demonstrate that real automation was detected.
07 / Vercel LabsDeployable integration example

Vercel BotID starter

Inspect the official starter’s protected endpoint and backend checkBotId flow.

Output
Example code for a protected application route; an actual result requires a configured deployment.
Access
Public source template. Vercel BotID has its own plan and check-level terms; Deep Analysis is distinct from a direct Kasada subscription.
Try this
Review the client/server boundary and deploy only to your own authorized test environment. This directory does not execute or deploy the starter.

A repeatable first comparison

  1. Define the endpoint and the permitted test condition.
  2. Record a legitimate baseline and the complete result time.
  3. Change one condition in an authorized test environment.
  4. Keep errors, timeouts and missing fields distinct from a negative finding.
  5. Inspect legitimate-user recovery before applying a restriction.

Read the output on its own terms

A browser diagnostic, bot score, challenge token and account-risk result describe different evidence. A public example is useful for understanding the interface; a production evaluation needs the actual plan and labeled traffic.

Account-based product evaluations

DataDome, HUMAN, Kasada, Imperva, Akamai, F5 and Arkose have their own supported commercial or account-enabled pilots. Their request-demo or setup documentation is an evaluation route, not another public live checker. Read the deployment alternatives and each full review to plan a comparable test.

FAQ

Does this directory run bot detection on me?

No. It lists static resources and filters their cards. Opening a resource creates a separate interaction with its provider or project; the directory does not embed their detection SDKs or collect results.

Can a browser diagnostic prove that a visitor is abusive?

No. It shows particular browser observations. Interpreting automation, verified-client identity and account abuse requires the relevant evidence and protected-action context.

Do dummy keys measure detection accuracy?

No. Turnstile dummy keys deliberately produce controlled outcomes for integration testing. They help exercise validation and errors, not compare real bot-detection performance.

Are the sample forms a free Enterprise evaluation?

No. Public examples show a limited workflow. Production features, score fields, plan entitlement and account-based pilots must be checked separately.
